Overview:
This client was an artificial intelligence-powered Human Resources software-as-a-service (SaaS)
Problem:
The client wanted to design an extremely intuitive interface and let the artificial intelligence work its magic in the background. The client wanted the end-users to not have to know anything about machine learning, may I, or any other complicated technical products but only experience the benefits from integrating them into the back end.

User testing/what we learned:
Many seasoned HR managers were not used to such profound predictive technology. Because of that, we had to integrate more pop-up “hints” and walk-through guidance.
