Overview:
This client is an on-demand Spa & Wellness service focusing on high-end clients.
Problem:
This client already had many wealthy and high-status regular customers who were used to simply calling in, concierge-style. They also had assistants making appointments on their behalfs many times. We needed to design and launch an app that existing users would be comfortable transitioning to.

Celebrity assistants, high net-worth individuals

User testing/what we learned:
For privacy, many users wanted to allow their assistants to act as intermediaries on the account. Because of this, we had to integrate some specific features which allowed users to use the app and book appointments themselves as well as allow assistants to book apps for their employers in a seamless way.
