Overview:
This client created a Marketplace for shippers and haulers to connect with people who needed to move goods.
Problem:
This company needed to create a website to Market their upcoming shipping and Logistics Marketplace software. They wanted to give shippers and haulers an easy way to fill their empty space with cargo that needed to be moved. They also wanted to give other users a way to more affordably ship their cargo.

The users for this website were shippers, haulers, and companies needing to move their stuff.

User testing/what we learned:
Most users in this space felt that the customer service was extremely lacking. Because of this, we implemented a 24/7 support guarantee- email, phone, and live chat support.
