Overview:
This client needed a discount prescription directory app.
Problem:
This client needed customers to be able to upload prescription documents as well as identity verification documents. They also needed a streamlined way to verify those prescriptions.
Users:
Many prospective users of the discount prescription app we’re going to be older users, aged 40 and older. Because of this, we needed to pay special attention to usability and simplicity.
